It all started in 2008, at the La Cabaña farm, with a simple dream: to grow a coffee we could be proud of.
What began as a family project in San Francisco de Borja, in the heart of Napo province, became ISVAR Coffee FactoryA brand that grows, processes, and roasts its own specialty coffee. We control every link in the chain to guarantee a traceable, consistent cup that is true to its origin.
We're not middlemen. We're the hands that sow, harvest, and roast. And that's what makes every cup of ISVAR taste different.
The Path of a Dream Made Coffee
The La Cabaña farm is born
We created the La Cabaña farm in the heart of the Ecuadorian Amazon, in Napo. The starting point of everything we are today.
Specialty coffee begins
We started cultivating specialty coffee, betting on selective harvesting, bean by bean, to reveal the potential of our Amazonian origin.
We roast our own coffee
We incorporate on-farm roasting to control the final stage of the process and reveal the true profile of each variety.
ISVAR Coffee Factory is born
We give a name to our dream. A brand that unites cultivation, processing, and roasting under a single commitment to quality.
